We offer both hand sewn & printed Cornwall Flags, all made in our very own manufacturing facility, here in North Yorkshire, UK.
Our hand sewn Cornwall Flags are manufactured from our 155gsm Ministry of Defence approved woven polyester flag fabric, the highest quality fabric available for outdoor flag making. The individual pieces of fabric are hand cut to MoD & Flag institute patterns and stitched together with a flat felled seam to create a strong and durable finished product.
Our Digitally printed Cornwall Flags are manufactured from 115gsm Ministry of Defence approved knitted polyester flag fabric, the highest quality print fabric available for outdoor flag making.
All our flags are hemmed on the three exposed sides with a strong double hem (triple hem on fly on flags over 2.5 yards), fitted with our custom red, white & blue stitch polypropylene headband tape, rope & wooden toggle as standard. Other fittings are available on ordering.

Great quality and amazing service!
Needed a Cornish flag for my daughters wedding as she was getting married in Devon, I meant to have ordered it sooner but forgot so when I ordered the hand stitched option but was worried about the lead time so I explained what it was for and to let me know if they couldn’t deliver in time. Judith from the team was brilliant, let me know straight away that they would get the flag to me in time, notified me to say it had been dispatched and even took the time to wish my daughter well for her wedding! Really well made
This is a very durable and well put together flag that we hope will last through our very blowy stormy winter here in far western Cornwall ( it’s only been up a week).

Great Workmanship
I ordered the Cornwall flag with headband and eyelets for my brother-in-law’s Birthday. It’s beautifully made and looks great on his boat!
