Artwork Guidelines for Uploading Custom Printed Flags

To ensure your custom printed flags look their best, please follow these artwork guidelines when uploading your design:

Preferred File Format:
- Vector Files: For optimal print quality and scalability, we prefer vector files. Acceptable formats include:
  - AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  - EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
  - SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)
  - PDF (Portable Document Format) with vector elements
Alternative File Formats:
- If a vector file is not available, we also accept high-resolution raster files. These files must be:
  - 1MB or larger to ensure print clarity
  - In one of the following formats:
    - JPEG
    - PNG
    - TIFF
    - PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
Design Specifications:
- Resolution: Raster images should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at the actual print size.
- Color Mode: All files should be in CMYK OR Pantone colour mode to ensure accurate colour reproduction.
- Fonts: Convert all text to outlines or embed fonts in your file to avoid font substitution issues.
File Preparation:
- Ensure your artwork is properly sized to match the dimensions of the flag you are ordering.
- Double-check that all critical elements (logos, text, etc.) are within the safe area, away from the edges and bleed zone.
- Remove any guidelines or non-printing elements from your file before uploading.
