Red Ensign
The Ensign was delivered as promised, and was packed neatly and securely. The Ensign itself is generally of very good quality. I feel so grateful that British-made flags are still available and hand-made to order. I couldn't bear the idea of buying a British flag mass-produced in another country. I had not heard of anti-fray netting before, and chose this option as it seems like an effective way of protecting my Ensign. My only negative comment is that the netting was not stretched evenly when it was sewn on, so it is slightly puckered on the edge. However I don't feel that this will affect the way the flag hangs or flies when it is on the boat.
